Reviews and Ratings
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the Duomo and close to plenty of restaurants and bars, but it was also surprisingly quiet. The rooms had a charming, authentic atmosphere, though they were a bit dark and cluttered with antique furniture, which made them feel a little cramped. The staff was nice, but I had some hiccups with housekeeping. Overall, it was a decent value for the money, but there were definitely areas for improvement.
I had a nice stay at this hotel, as it's located right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient to explore all the main attractions. The room was spacious and had a recently renovated bathroom, but it could really use better ventilation since there wasn’t a proper window. The staff, especially Massimo, were incredibly helpful and genuinely cared about our experience. However, breakfast options were quite limited, and I had to resort to grabbing pastries from the supermarket nearby.
The hotel offers a charming atmosphere with well-kept antique furniture and a spacious feel. While the recently renovated bathroom was a plus, the practicality of the space could use some improvement. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to major attractions yet surprisingly quiet. However, the breakfast options didn’t quite meet my expectations, and the dining experience might need a bit of variety.
I had a really interesting stay at this hotel with vintage decor and a great location close to major Florence attractions. While the rooms were spacious and featured unique art pieces, the bathroom felt quite cramped. The street noise from the waste collection at 6 am was a bit disruptive, but overall, it was a decent value for my stay.
I had a decent stay at this hotel which is located in an amazing area, just a stone’s throw from the heart of Florence. While the rooms were a bit dated and the dining experience could use some enhancement, the service was exceptionally kind, and I appreciated the overall cleanliness. The location is undoubtedly a major plus, making it easy to explore the city on foot.
